As a coach: In addition to his 18 years as a University level coach (Div. 1, III, NCWA), he also coached the Team USA Cadet Pan Am (GR & FS) to Golds in Campeche, Mexico in 2011.
As an educator: Mike has developed USA Wrestling’s Athlete Development Model (ADM) and built USA Wrestling’s Copper and Bronze Level Coach Education Courses.
