The aim of the READY to Wrestle modules is to provide an online education starting point for all wrestling stakeholders.
The READY to Wrestle programme is a prerequisite for many of the Wrestling Academy programme pathways. It is a general introduction to the different areas of the world of wrestling, including origins of the sport, events, styles, national federations, local clubs, wrestling rules, equipment and development.
Once you have completed READY to Wrestle, you may then be interested in registering for other more specific technical programmes either to gain more knowledge and assist you in your particular role as a coach, referee or official, or as a prerequisite to attending a face to face programme in the future that is coordinated by the UWW Development Department.
