Casey is a board member of the United States Wrestling Officials Association (2011-present), the curator and digital co-editor of USA Wrestling Rulebook (2015-present) and Head of the USA Wrestling International Assignment Committee.
He officiated as an educator at the USA Cadet/Junior championships (2018 and 2019 UWW Courses) and as a referee at the USA Olympic (2008, 2012, 2016, 2020) & World (2007-2023) team trials. He was honored as the Official of the Year by USA Wrestling in 2013.
He has been a UWW Referee for many years (2012-present) at several games and championships including the Tokyo Olympic Games. In 2019, he was appointed to the UWW Referee Commission. He has worked as International Referee Delegate at many UWW events (2013-present).
