Marwa has been a high-level wrestler for many years. She has participated in 4 Olympic games, 11 World Championships, and 14 Continental Championships. She earned a bronze medal in the Rio Olympic Games in 2016, a silver medal at the Senior World Championships in 2017, and has 12 African titles. Marwa has attended more than 80 training camps during her career.
Marwa also has a sports instructor diploma from Tunisian Ministry of Youth Sports and has been a sports teacher since 2011.
